Both companies have shared the same ownership since their inception. DESTINY has supplied products to builders of high-efficiency competition vehicles since 1999, while SHIFT EV has focused on converting classic and custom cars to more clean and reliable electric drive systems. Our expertise in both areas has complimentary benefits to our customers, so we combined our offerings and eliminated the overhead redundancies for operating two businesses.
